Your First Visit
At Kondo Family Dentistry, we are deeply committed to providing the best care for our patients. It is important to us that on your first visit you feel welcome and comfortable. It is a Kondo Family tradition to provide our patients with compassionate, innovative, dental care, and we pride ourselves in knowing that each patient we see will receive the same quality of care we would provide to our own family.
You can download the necessary new patient forms, and fill them out to bring with you to your first appointment. When you arrive, simply check in with our friendly front office. They’ll take care of the paperwork and let you know if there is anything additional that is needed.
During your first visit we’ll review your dental and medical history forms, and take x rays of your teeth and mouth as needed. We may also take intraoral photos of your teeth and the inside of your mouth. Dr Brooke will then go over your x-rays with you, as well as check your teeth and gums. She will work with you to create a custom care plan, and answer any questions you may have.
Your first appointment will last anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes. At the end of the appointment our office assistant will schedule with you for your next visit. That’s it!
